DEMAND NOTICE

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform you that the majority of the land for the Telecom Greencity project has been successfully procured. The development Pooja was conducted on 9th August 2024, and the layout development work is now in progress. You can view photos of the event on our website.

We kindly request all members of the Telecom Greencity project who have paid the initial amount along with membership fees to proceed with the payment of the 2nd installment. We have already acquired and registered approximately 40 acres of land for the society and have submitted land conversion documents for an additional 25 acres.

We would like to acknowledge that the project has faced delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in government. However, we are now progressing steadily. The current timeline for site allocation is estimated at 1.5 to 2 years, with registration to follow as soon as possible.

To expedite the necessary paperwork and land conversion for the project, we request that you make the payment for the 2nd installment according to the following schedule:

30 x 50    =>  ₹3,37,500/-
40 x 60    =>  ₹5,40,000/-
50 x 80    =>  ₹9,00,000/-

Payments can be made via DD/Cheque/RTGS/NEFT, drawn in favor of "Telecom & Govt. Employees Welfare Housing Co-operative Society Ltd."

Any delay in payment may affect your seniority.
Please ensure that payments are made within 30 days from the date of this notice.
